Based in the 12th arrondissement, Archy brings architecture and environmental engineering into one practice. Our work ranges from an individual piece of furniture to the transformation of a building or an urban setting.
Existing places offer more than constraints. Their proportions, materials and memories can become the starting point for a new programme. We work with that potential, balancing what should endure with what needs to change.
Design develops through exchange. Clients, architects, artists and the people who build each project contribute to a shared understanding of the place. The result is a response shaped by its setting rather than a repeated formula.
Heritage rehabilitation, interior design, workspace transformation and energy studies: our projects connect architectural design with construction and environmental questions.

A material junction, a piece of joinery, the setting for an artwork: the smaller scale gives architecture its depth.
Working with existing resources, building materials and energy needs connects architectural decisions to their wider consequences.
